will NSX calipers clear the stock ITR rims and will the fornt ITR calipers work in the rea with front sized rotors?

Yes it fits:
I use Legend rotors and Ferodo2500DS pads.
Rear I go for stock, no need to upgrade.

Those fit easily because they are 16" wheels that we americans don't get. I have ITR 5lug on my GSR with NSX brakes all around. They fit the stock 15" ITR wheels, but barely. I used the fastbrakes kit in the rear & have 1mm clearance at most.

Haven't had the car running yet since putting them on, so I can't comment on how they feel. I plan on eventually getting rid of my ABS and re-routing my brake lines to be seperated front/rear and using two brake proportioning valves. Anyone else run a setup like this?

how much heavier are the calipers compared to stock?

and do you retain ABS as well?

oh, and you don't run nsx fronts with the rear calipers, you run nsx rear rotors. They are the same diameter, but the rotor isn't as thick, and I believe the hat is different as well, iirc.

They are heavier, but not so much. Aluminium calipers. But the rotors are a bit heavier too.
Yes I still has ABS.

Read the tires: 195/50/<U>15</U>", wrong lugnuts too But those are the "EDM" ITR wheels.

Oh damn, you're right KOALA YUMMIES, my bad. bTW, thanks for the hubs, the rears are on & the fronts are ready to go. My setup's looking great & you saved me a ton of $$$!!

Asse - The calipers are NOT aluminum, they are the same material as OEM ITR calipers. They do not weigh much more than ITRs, though. You are correct, the slightly thicker NSX rotor is a bit heavier, but the NSX calipers are also compatible with ITR rotors.

The main reason that I changed to NSX calippers was that I could go with the thicker rotors. Because the ITR rotors couldn't handle the heat on a long track day.

Note that the size of NSX rotors depends on the year:

ITR front rotors: 282 mm diameter, 23 mm thick
ITR rear rotors: ??? mm diameter, 9 mm thick
'91-96 NSX front rotors: 282 mm diameter, 28 mm thick
'91-96 NSX rear rotors: 282 mm diameter, 21 mm thick
'97-05 NSX front rotors: 298 mm diameter, ?? mm thick
'97-05 NSX rear rotors: 303 mm diameter, ?? mm thick

Also note that the NSX front brakes have exactly the same swept area as the ITR front brakes. (In fact, the pads are interchangeable between the two.) The main difference is that the NSX front caliper is a two-piston design. Some people claim that gives better pedal feel. I've always been impressed with the stock ITR brake caliper/rotor setup, and never felt that it lacked in any way.

I've never experienced that problem at all. I'm not saying the rotors don't eventually crack with extended track use; ALL rotors do. But I've never had any problems or ever felt that the ITR rotors couldn't handle the heat, any worse than any other car (IMHO they're better than most).

Additional information: I have 4,829 actual track miles on mine (as of two days ago ) and am on my sixth set of front rotors, original rear rotors, 13th set of front pads, and third set of rear pads.
