alright guys, bought a nrg slim hub, nrg QR and personal steering wheel. For the THIRD time i have installed it and it seems to be straight, its not. is there some trick to this or what? I have the wheels straight and got the hub to mount right so the QR clicks in right. Nike sb'd says a steering alignment? yay or nay?
TIA

alignment will cure it.
You can eyeball it pretty damned close at least we've done it twice that way but we were off both times and just needed to get the car realigned before the season anyway so that's how I've solved it twice.

Ummmm...mine went on straight.
Make sure wheels are perfectly straight and wheel is centered before you put hub on.
Then put the hub on making sure that it engages the teeth straight. Then keep testing it. If its off then remove that steering column nut again and reposition the hub until it fits.
Really shouldnt be that hard.

yah see thats the thing...if u are using the qr itself to adjust the steering wheel, then you wont get as much adjustment as when you take the actual hub off and move it one tooth over. Try removing the hub and adjusting it that way instead of putting the steering wheel on the QR over and over
