My car has been acting weird, I go to turn it on and I hear the start click a few times, my fan will turn on and the main relay will click but nothing else happens, the car doesnt even attempt to start. Then I go to do it again and I hear a buzzing noise and the Check Engine Light, The Oil Light and the other light on the left side are very dim while the E-Brake ligh on the right side is very bright, I know it is not the battery because I just put a new one on. I am thinking that it may be a ground or something along those lines. Can someone please help me out?
