98 Civic Power Window (front pass.) not working (not a conversion), Please help!

98 Civic Power Window (front pass.) not working (not a conversion), Please help!
--The passenger front window goes down using the door switch.
--Pass. front wont go up or down from the drivers side door switch.
Can't hear the motor working but if you hold the passengers side window switch in the up position and put your hands on both sides of the glass you can pull it up easy.
The fuse is good.
This is what my father sent me through e-mail about his 98 Civic LX. Any ideas where to start with this?
