The window is stuck open (all the way down). My father is trying to get the power window switch out to replace with another one. He can not get the armrest off the door. Helms doesn't give details on how to remove the switch.

I told him to check for screws in and around the armrest. I think the switch bezel "clips" into the armrest. But, I am not there to look at the car so I am not 100%. I sent my father a PM with this link so he should respond with what exactly is going on. Maybe he can post some pics of the door as well to help.

1 screw in the plastic cup. A tap at the rear end of the bezel so you have to push it forward and then pry it up.
