Default primer before bondo?

okay so I literally took off all the rust on my EF's doors and under the trim pieces. I have neutralized the rust with rust mort so the next stage for me is either primer or bondo/fiberglass.

Which one is supposed to go on first? I'm assuming the fiberglass and bondo go on the bare metal and then after everything is finished then I go ahead and prime the metal and filler and then follow it up with a final shot of paint.

Is this correct?

Thanks

"bondo" only goes on bare metal. Primer is only ment to fill sanding scratches and smooth out micro imperfections. Think of it as spray on filler. When your doing body work every sep is ment to further smooth out the next step.
