93 eg feel like its not pushing
hi i just got my 93 eg 1.5, 5 speed, single cam non v, and for some reason it feels really slow...is it because its not vtec? or maybe a cloged cat? im not sure what it could be, or is it because these cars are made to not move quick....my friends have single cam v's and i feel a difference between theres and mine?

And you are wondering why it is slow? A d15 Non-VTEC? No wonder.
You have to remember, car like that are built for economy, fuel consumption, and quality. Not for power or speed or to win races. It just is not going to happen. If you want you could always do a motor swap though.
92-95 1.5 L D15B7 (Civic) DX/LX
92-95 1.5 L D15B8 (Civic) CX
92-95 1.5 L D15Z1 (Civic) VX VTEC-E
Those are the 92-95 engine codes, and with any of those, stock, don't expect much.
