Can i weld b16 mounts into CRX Si stock mounts?
Can i just weld them in and make new holes etc. instead of using expensive hasport?
Or i heard something about 90-93 Inegra mounts? is that true?

Yes I welded mine it was really easy. You need 90-93 Teg rear bracket and drivers side mount, use the stock rear mount move it to the automatic holes, and cut the pass. side mount off the car. Line up the motor with a level and jack. weld in a new pass. side mount. You will not use a front mount. If you need more info just holla.
Ok sweet i knew someone doesnt want to spend a ridiculous 375 US on mounts. Got pics. So i nedd all 3 mnounts off 90-93 integra?
What aout the mounts from a 89 integra. So you only have to weld one mount nice

Welding is a bad idea unless you really know what your doing. When I hear about people welding their mounts, more than half the time there is positioning or clearance problems. Your running the risk of the vavle cover hitting the hood, or the ability to work on the engine without haveing to pull it. Plus, if you pay someone to weld it, the labor costs just as much as mounts. Welding

Mounts
The engine is connnected to the MOUNT
The MOUNT in connected to the chassis.
the engine is NOT welded directly chassis, so you can still change a timing belt.
I wouldn't go the welding way without aome sort of front mount
the integ mounts are designed a little tougher than Civic mounts, but if you're only using 3, the engine wouldn't be supported as designed
You really can't bolt up a 90- integ front cross member OR SiR front cross member as some people believe you can. Both are wider that the 88-91.
I say go with a mount kit and save the trouble

700 dollars!?! Go to redshift racing. If you buy a B16 from them, they are 500 Cdn (only catch is, if you buy them without a B16, they're 600
) BTW, if you do decide to go through them, good luck getting in touch with them. tTheir policy is to NOT answer phones!

place racing cost me under $600 with tax I forgot what it was five something, and then after the core charge on the shifter linkage (you better buy that too, it makes the swap sooo much easier) that was $160 and what ever front crossmember you choose.
Yeah I'm from Slurrey. Redshift is in...Port Coquitlam? I think? Their site is kinda screwed up, so it doesn't say exactly. but It's only a thirty minute drive from my house! However, be warned they sometimes screw you around. They're impossible to get in touch with, and my brother bought a b16 from them and they sold it out from under him. He eventually got another one, but they didn't deliver on the limited slip, and they weren't present when he came to pick up the engine. (though they did powdercoat his motor mounts for free because of this). Anyways, try http://www.redshift.ca .... So do you ever hit Mission Raceway? Or do you ever go to Ashcroft? You should try the street legal drags, they're a blast! Last time I was there I saw a -genuine- 9 second Integra run! He ran a 9.97! 20 bucks to run!
I just autocross at spallmacheen racway every weekend. it is 30 min from k-town. I drag at thundermountain racway also 40 min away. im coming down long weekend to race and check out the import shops whatcha got???
so for 220 cdn i can have a b16 w/ moutns is that all i need????
but, try this site http://www.sfu.ca/~ims/ and go to Hybrid information in the pulldown bar. it has a COMPLETE price list, informaton, part #'s,tidbits of knowledge, and even a journal showing his progress... check it out
As for import tuner shops, watch out. A lot of them out here rip you off.
