I recently bought a Jet computer.
Programmed for my car with all the bolt ons.
When i instaled it everything seemed fine at first.
then the first stop a made i noticed my idle was going crazy.
Up and down like the iacv was bad or something.
I put the stock back in and it is still doing it.
I have no check engine light.

Is it possible this new computer messed something up?

on the top side..... my car has a much smoother power band.
now it does not kick like v-tec, just smooth all the way up.
but i cant seem to tell if it's faster or not.

 

Have you checked your water level lately? Idle surge is usually caused by low radiator fluid.

 

I bleed the coolant lines and put a new 02 sensor on there and the problem is gone.

Anyone else have the jet racing computer?

 

I've got one for a 96 dx. I don't use it anymore. I need to sell it.

 

It's not a Jet V Force is it??
