Best way to get rid of small dings?

I have a small ding on my driver side door and was wondering what was the best way to fix it? Thanks ahead of time.

u can use a toilet plunger if u wet the spot and pull on it u can pop it out or u can take it all all apart and use rubber mallot on a sandbag or something iono ide just bondo n get it painted
