Will These Kosei's Fit?
Define what you mean by "backside". (In addition to that's what you're talking out of...
)
And do it in English terms that anyone can understand. Don't tell us it's a formula that you looked up or something that someone told you. EXPLAIN IT.

i am using hx wheels right now, but one of the reason i asked my question was i see alot of people use 41mm offset and down, i didn't see alot of 48mm offset, so i'm just wondering if a should use these or no..
Why do you want wheels that are so wide? The best 15" tire size for your car is 195/50-15, and 15x7 is the maximum width approved for that size tire. That means the tires are going to be really stretched onto the rim. You would be better off with 15x6 or 15x6.5.
Why would a 195/50/15 on a 6.5" wheel be better than a 205/50/15 on a 15x7 wheel? I have run both and know the differences, I am just wondering why you would recommend that someone not run a wider wheel/tire combo?

First, decide on the best tire size. Then decide on the wheel width.
195/50-15 is the best 15" tire size for your car, because its outer diameter is the same as your stock tire size of 175/70-13. There are numerous advantages to keeping the tire diameter the same, rather than using a bigger diameter: it preserves the accuracy of the speedometer and odometer, it won't rub on the fenders or wheel well liners, it won't slow down your acceleration, and the tires are usually cheaper.
People mistakenly think that wider tires are always better. The width of a tire is actually only a small factor in the tire's performance. If you want better performance, concentrate on buying a better, stickier tire, not a wider tire. A higher performance tire in a slightly narrower size will give you better performance than a lower performance tire in a wider size, 10 times out of 10.
Once you know what tire and size you want to use, you can look up its specs to see the range of its approved rim widths. Most tires in your best size of 195/50-15 are approved for rims 5.5-7.0 inches wide. Your best bet is not to use the very lowest width (because the tire will appear to bulge and may be difficult to mount) or the widest width (because the tire will appear stretched and may be difficult to mount). Which leaves 15x6 and 15x6.5.

Mounting is not a problem at all, i just got two kosei's from a job i did for a friend, i looked at two more from tire rack for 200 but i was wondering how the 48mm offset would fit?
might rub on the inside "frame" rails when turning.
get some spacers and you should be fine. 6 or 8mm. something like that
just make sure you have enough thread engagement on the lugnuts
