Fuse keeps blowing! please help

If this is for a eg civic then most likely you pinched one of the interior wires in between the upper and lower console (the ashtry has a metal protector above it and LOTS of times it pinches a wire and grounds it out).
Just look at whatever you took apart last... thats most likely the problem.

I had the same problem...
It wound up being the aftermarket radio adaptor harness' illumination wire grounding out. You know how they pre-cut the end of the wires so it's an easy connection? My radio didn't use the orange illumination wire so I left it unhooked. Just my luck it grounded.
It'd be worth it to check out if you've recently installed a radio. Otherwise check all the other current-carrying wires in and around the radio area. I'm betting it's around there.

yea its either the illumination wire on the radio harness or another wire in my center console. it all makes sense now. i knew something was grounding out, but didnt know where at. thanks everyone for your input. if i get stumped ill be back.
