Default '03 Accord LX/Front Brake Rotor Removal

I wanted to replace the rotors (and pads) on a neighbor's car. I remove the calipers and "cradle" that holds the calipers and surrounds the disc. So I pull on the rotor and it doesn't budge. I then bang on the center hub with a 2 1/2 lb. hammer. But it doesn't seem to give. I suspect it's probably rusted stuck on the axle and I didn't know just how hard I might need to smack the rotor hub with out damaging anything.
Is there any clips holding the rotor on the axle that I can't see or am I just not whacking the rotor hard enough to dislodge it? I called it quits for the night and thought I'd try again tomorrow maybe with some good advice. What do you know? Thanks.
Ray

Did you pull the little screws out that hold the rotor to the hub? They are #18 in the diagram, and there are 4 of them.

just the countersunk screw, the bracket and caliper shouldn't be in the way.

most of the time is that it's seized on, a big **** puller will do the trick
