Call up some of the local shops. Maybe they'll have something around that would replace it....or go through the cleaning stuff and search for them. Dumpster dive

Batlground is open too until 8 I think.
I noticed your FS thread. What color is your EM1? Black, blue, or red. I see a red trunk in a pic. I want to buy the stock bumpers and side skirts if they are blue.

You really dont want to mix and match nuts. What i recommend doing is ordering a full set of ARP or like nuts - and use a complete matching set. The reason you dont want to mix and match is because some nuts will tighten down differently even if you torque them to the same amount. With that said you could get an uneven seal from the head to the block - which could/might blow a head gasket.
The ARP nuts and washers arnt that much money - and you can ordering them individually.

Give them a call, and tell them what you need, and they will find the bolts you need - you can order them right there on the phone with them.

could you better explain to me how identical, but different brand, nuts torqued to the same spec, "tighten down differently" ? I agree with a new set should be purchased, but i don't understand how nuts can "tighten down differently" if you spec them all the same (given same thread pitch and an accurate torque wrench).

It's not necessary to buy a whole new set of nuts. Torquing a nut onto a stud isn't about "seating" the nut. Actually, it's not about the nut at all - the goal is to stretch the stud as much as possible without surpassing it's maximum yeild.
If by some unexplained science you replace just the nuts you need and they don't "seat" as well as the others, what's the worst that could happen? It doesn't preload the stud to it's theoretical limit? That means the stud will only hold 210,000 lbs of pressure instead of 220,000 lbs - either way, both numbers are unrealistic extremes. Or perhaps the replacement nuts "seat" too well and you over-torque them? Luckily, the torque specs provided by stud manufacturers have a safety margin built in to protect against torquing past maximum yield.
Bottom line, don't waste your time buying a whole new set of nuts. Just buy what you need.</TD></TR></TABLE>
or just take my that i just offer to him...

yea so call arp and get the 3 or whatever you are missing
and f' GE for being stingy and screw the idiot that said they wont seat the same. a nuts a nut is a nut. They are identical in shape size form and I would be willing to bet you could not distinguish between the two (minus one might say ARP on it)

Well different brands arnt identical for one - even if they say they are - its unlikely they are. And we are talking about $3 or $4 nuts here, why risk it. Just get a complete set and be done with it.
