looks good, one question, are those Ram runners 2 90* with the welds grinded and polished, or did you use a U bend with different length legs? Seems like that would simplify welding and fab time. Good Idea

How did you weld the collector inside between the runners?

I think JG fab uses Burns stainless steel collectors.... I could be wrong, but I believe he's one of the "first" that I saw focus on using burns collectors instead of DIY collectors

That site is a straight rip off of Burns' site.

That doesn't mean they should blatantly rip off a company's web design...right down to the part number explanation.

Yes, there will be similiarties between companies and websites but when your website is almost the exacty copy of another it's very unprofessional.

And yall are a straight ripoff of burnsstainless....
I use them because they give me better pricing (this collector with the formed outlet cost me $240 after shipping, that is a nice savings over everyone else )
And I believe their quality to be much higher (actually cleaned before it is welded, purge cabnet welds, yada yada)

LOL! How could we be a rip off of Burns? We hardly even sell the same thing, we've been around longer, our site is totally different, and we are a metal service center/distributor and they are a fabricator/retail/wholesale company. 99% of our customers and inventory is different.

We have 17,000 in stock inventory items (Not even 1% of our inventory is on our site) and 16,950 (rough estimate) are not things Burns sells. We are two totally different companies that happen to sell a handful of the same items.

If by "ripoff" you mean stocks similar items, has better prices, not nearly as large as MCM, has a totally different style website, and advertises on H-T then I agree.

Anyone care to share tips as far as how to weld around the primaries going into the collector, with them coming off so parallel like that?
