will all of these tranny's work with the 92 B18A clutch and flywheel???

No. They will require a 1990-1991 Integra clutch disk.

why not get a JDM b16a YS1 tranny, tight gearing and at times LSD equipped

i would like to get one, but cant find any...all i found were S1, J1, and Y1 trannys...

Out of these 3, which do you think would work best for me???

and does anyone know if I have to change the flywheel and intermediate shaft also?

no, flywheel and intermediate shaft are fine.
Just make sure you keep the axles matched to the int shaft though.
Also, if your using a newer style intermediate shaft and axles, the seals for the trans might need changing.
