Default Painting calipers

Hi all!

I am gonna paint my calipers this weekend and i want your input on what color?
I have a Milano Red ITR with silver OZ Superturismo wheels.

dont paint them, you'll regret it. It looks nice for a while, but then it either starts to crack, get dull, or the dirt gets so thick on it, that you cant get it to look like how you first had it when it was painted.

Get the G2 caliper paint from tire rack (or anywhere else that carries it). I has a warrenty on not chiping or cracking and all you have to do to clean it off is wipe it down with some soap and water.

Whats the point? Theyll be covered in brake dust in no time, esp if you are using any kind of performance pad.

no it won't with the right paint. You have to rotate your tires right? either repaint if you have to , or just clean them. simple as that.

Even though my coating only lasted about 5K miles before starting to peal-off

The last owner before Len maybe? painted the calipers red on my car. Needless to say, it wasn't done right and flaked in areas. It doesn't look too good IMO.

If your heart is set on doing it, simply do it. You don't need other peoples opinions for this. Keep in mind that if you grow tired of how it all looks that removing the paint is a bit of a chore.
