i got a 91 hatch with a d16z6 and it came with the jumper but no instructions.
the jumper is a ebay jumper
does any one know where i can git instructions on this jumper or if any one has instructions can you email them to me at dkrex001@yahoo.com

If you purchased off ebay -go back to ebay and get the buyer to send you instructions and answer any questions.

Or, we sell instructions -they come with free jumper harnesses too !

I just picked up a crx with that same jumper in it. Only thing I can not figure out is the o2 wiring. Since that jumper is different than the rywire I am used to using.

 

are you doing the obd0 to obd1 conversion? Well looks to me like the instructions are in the background... Unless thats from another pictures. Well if you don't want the jumper i'll buy it :-)
