Ive removed my transmission and now Im trying to seperate the case from the clutch housing, but I still cannot get it apart. 87 crx si. I removed fifth gear housing and the 5th shift fork +hub and bearings, but the case will not seperate from the clutch end. I have snap rings on both shafts, is there one in the middle i need to releasE? will then transmission appear to be partially apart before I need to release those rings? Do they need to be released? Am I fucked?
