whats this? engage clutch and it leaks!!!

Default whats this? engage clutch and it leaks!!!







i do not know what this part is called... sits right on top of the tranny right under the lower radiator hose, how would i go about fixing this? is there a seal or just replace it???

it only leaks when you engage the clutch?? the clutch soft line bolts into a little valve body right there and then goes to a hard line, which goes down to the slave cylinder.....that valve body may be what is leaking

the pictured part is a shifter lever....that should not be leaking anything, as it sits way above the fluid level in the trans....

whenever i get done driving and let it sit for a while thats when i notice the leak.. i also notice my clutch master cylinder gettin low in fluid.. and if it is the valve body how do i fix it? just replace it with another one?

you probably just need a new banjo bolt and some new washers.....

yeah man, just try tightening that bolt down some more... if it's getting too tight and risking snapping, new bolt/washers

Mine did the exact same thing and thats all i did...was just got a new banjo bolt and new washers....tighened it down and then bled the clutch again.
