does the jdm d15b vtec not have an oil pressure sensor like other vtec motors? my vtec kicks in, but i only had to wire 1 wire when i swapped motors.

 

im pretty sure its just like any other sohc vtec motor and i think it does... there should be 3 wires goin to ur vtec selinoid... ground pressure switch and the knock thing i think but not too sure what they are called...

 

i only have one wire conected to my vtec solenoid

 

what computer are you running? p08? p28?

 

I only had one wire coming from my vtec solenoid, so i swaped the one off my z6 to my d15b.

 

im running the p08 ecu and i only have 1 vtec wire.
