Default Speedo gear for Quaife

I have a 2000 Civic SiR, my mechanic tells me I need a speedo gear for the quaife diff. The one on the original diff is part of the housing. he says i need it for the engine to run properly. where do i get one or what do I need to do to get my tranny up and running.
thanx

It looks like you're going to have to press the bearing off of the oem lsd and then snag the vss gear off of that

check this place, they'll have it.

press off the old bearings, the drivers side is a PITA because of the speedo drive gear.

I might have a spare one laying around to sell, $20 shipped to CAN if I have one.
