Road/Drag racing question.....
I know a fully built Toda C setup is ideal for drag racing, but would I run into problems during a long road course with my Toda C's and 12:1 CR?

Obviously considering I don't crash, I'm talking motor here
Any high lift cam is going to produce more wear of the valvetrain - so ultimately long term durability of the motor will be less - but if the motor is kept in a good state of repair, maintenance is done very regularly and the fluids are changed regularly - I would say that the difference is actually minor.
Adequate cooling of the oil is your main concern. When you flow more air through the B18 it gets really hot. Lightening internals and balancing the entire rotating assembly is the best thing you can do. Since Spec C's like high compression - forged internals are your best bet.
The stock rad is a little conservative for heavy track use as well as the stock oil cooler. If you want to beef up your cooling system - these are the first two things you should consider upgrading. But remember: "improving" a car for hard track use may not necessarily be the thing you want to do for a car that is also driven on the street. You can have your motor run too cool - so there is a happy medium for everything.
Any high lift cam is going to make more power (JUN, TODA whatever) - more power is better for both the dragstrip and roadcourses. To say one cam profile is better suited to one use versus another is really going out on a limb IMO.
