Im getting an Ipod soon and just wondering how you guys have mounted yours... So let see some Pics!

mines stays in the glove box cause i have an adapter that allows me to control it thur my alpine headunit...

You can see it on the left of the steering wheel. Its on a cellphone holder. I removed my radio and put a small 100-150watt amp under the dash. Wire up the speakers, power, etc and an RCA to headphone jack cable.

damn that's pretty sick. similar to what i did for my carputer setup instead you did the same for your ipod. do you have pics of its location? i want to see how that thing is mounted

Just get a stereo with an AUX input, the itrips are crap and useless. I just have a cord from the headunit into the speaker port of the ipod, then can just controll everything from the ipod.

When you guys say Itrips are you talkin about the one apple makes or FM transmitter in general...i was thinkin about getting the monster Fm transmiter.. i kinda wanted to stay way from after market head units but let me know what you guys think.. or to FM transmitters not Itrip specificly

I use the Itrip FM transmitter and it works out accually really nice. I dont have my Ipod mounted in any cool places or anything, most of the I just throw it in the passenger seat or in the little tray under the CD player.

They all suck. I've tried 3 and all are ******* garbage.
