I'm changing the color of my sol and I have a new front bumper, it's bare plastic no primer. I need some help on what I need to paint it. specificly.

what gritt paper to rough up the plastic
what type of primer and or flex agents I need
any specific cleaners
and flex agents to add to the base coat/clear coat.
and any other tips

I have experience painting heavy machinery so no replies telling me to take the car to a shop to have it done. All I need is a list, this is my first time painting something bare plastic that has to look perfect (to my standards)
