Default compression ratio to compression test# UPDATE!

I just did a compression test on my motor last night, because for some reason its drinking my coolant. i'd say in the passt month ive had to top it off 3 times adding about 1/2 gallon each time (more or less) Can't find any visible leaks or puddles under the ground so i checked my compression to see if maybe the head gasket seated wrong. I bought a new gauge from advance, and did the test with the injectors unplugged, and the throttle wide open. I got (right to left 1-4) 272,271,273,269 which isn't but a 4psi difference which from my understanding is ok. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to where my coolant is going, and is my compression higher than my calculated 11.6:1 ? Thanks in advance guys.

either t-stat is closed shut or headgasket is leaking...was the lower hose hot or cold?

compression test won't tell you if the headgasket is blown, you need to leakdown for that
