Will 215/16 rub on a del sol
All of those are likely to rub on a Del Sol Si/Vtec which both have a 185/60/14 tire stock. Go with 205/40/16. You might get away with 215/45/16 but it will throw off your speedo, look funny and could rub, especially on a lowered car.

If you're asking because you're looking for performance (traction on dry pavement), then get the Falken Azenis RT-615 ($84/tire in 205/40-16 at Vulcan). It will give you more traction than any other tire in the oversized 215 treadwidth.

I thought the smallest 16" size available for the RT615 was 215/45/16. Perhaps they have introduced more sizes since the release of the tire? That is a really good deal for the RT615 though.

I run RT-615 Azenis in a 205/40-16 on my 00 gsr. That size has been out for at least 6 months, as I've had the tires that long. And yes, my speedo is off, but I only use them for autocross and HPDE use anyway. Frankly, I'm suprised so many Civics are still running 205/50-15s when these are just as wide, but with a smaller total diameter and much less sidewall.
If you're worried about appearance, they do look a bit stretched on my 16x7s, and a 7.5" wide wheel would really increase that look. However, nothing wrong with a really wide wheel to increase sidewall stiffness, if you don't care what they look like.

I think the 205/40-16 has been available since the RT-615 came out.

205/40-16, which is the right size for a del sol (or pre'96 Civic), is rather small for an Integra. For an Integra, you should get 215/45-16 (which has not been out as long as the 205/40-16).

I'm not. Most people buy wheels, and then buy tires to fit, so the choice of tires depends on what kind of wheels people get. There are tons of used 15" wheels on the market for Civics, nowhere near as many in larger sizes. And lots of people prefer 15" wheels over larger wheels, for all kinds of reasons (lighter weight, lower cost wheels, lower cost tires, better ride comfort, etc).

If you want all-season tires, the Kumho Ecsta ASX is better than the Yokohama Avid H4S. And it's cheaper, when you take Kumho's $40 rebate into account ($58 after rebate in 205/40-16, vs $63 for the Yokos).

Wrong. Get 205/40-16, which is the proper size for a del sol.
Don't use oversized tires for a smoother ride. Larger wheels, like 16's, are going to have a firmer ride. If you want a smoother ride, get smaller wheels, not the wrong tire size.
Also, shutupnskate is absolutely correct; using oversized tires like the wrong size you mention has other problems - they may rub, will make your car accelerate slower, and will make the speedometer and odometer inaccurate.
For a del sol, the proper 16" size is 205/40-16.

you guys need to relax, i only recommend that for the pure looks and comfort of the size. you people worry to much about the 1-2 mph diff in the speedometer or the 2-3 hp your gonna lose if any. fechizzle dizzle
ps. i ve been running that size on my sol for awhile without a single problem and love it.
pss. my car is slammed.

It's not just for that reason; it's for the other reasons stated above, too. Furthermore, there is absolutely NO reason to use the wrong tire size, when you can use the right tire size.
Just because you put the wrong tire size on your car, don't tell other people to do that.

so you guys would run a 40 series and have a shitty *** ride, then a 45 series and be comfortable, when i know it wont rub or scrape anything. if so then you my friend are stuck in the world of do it they way your supposed to cuz you got no style of your own. build a car your way not their way.

If you are worried about ride quality, you wouldn't be slammed. Nor would you run 16" wheels, in fact you would be a lot more comfortable with 195/50/15 or 185/60/14 on your Del Sol. Style has nothing to do with it it's just plain wrong. I've ran both oversized and undersized tires on various Hondas that I've owned and it's just plain stupid. In the future, please listen to NSXtasy as he is one of the more knowledgeable and experienced users on this forum. Thanks.

If you had bothered to read my previous post, you would know that if you want a more comfortable ride, you should use smaller wheels. What you are doing is making one mistake (getting bigger wheels even though you are looking for a comfortable ride) and then making a second mistake on top of it (getting the wrong size tires) rather than fixing the first mistake.

When you don't know what you're talking about, you're better off keeping quiet and listening than saying things that are wrong and showing off your ignorance.
