Default Integra Type R vs Prelude vs RSX Type S

Im looking to buy a new Honda/Acura. Im just having trouble deciding between three, the integra, prelude, and rsx. Which of these three would be the better choice?

Better choice for what? What do you want to use the car for?

If you have to ask which, definitely get the Prelude or RSX.

Prelude = heavy
RSX-s = decent motor in a poorly setup vehicle..(suspension wise)
ITR = Best Honda this side of an NSX and CBR...their generators are pretty good too...

Although the prelude puts out good power, I heard they are pretty heavy. I'd say go with the Type R. Don't the Type-S and Type-R both do 14's stock?

if you are comparing the 3 cars, definately dont bother with the ITR. it sucks compared to the prelude or rsx.

Blah test drive them all and draw your own conclusions....

It seriously can't be that hard to trust your own judgement.....really.

Damn how many times have Ive seen a post like this . I own both 98' ITR and 01' SH...I love the feel of the SH for daily driving and the ITR for the over all performance. If you have the means to protect the ITR then you might think about the ITR.

I guess it all depends on what the car is going to be used for.

EDIT: The ITR outperforms the SH in every aspect, except comfort.

ITR doesnt have a sunroof, its has too stiff of suspension, and its loud, get a prelude!

I think he was making a comment that the OP obviously had no business buying an R if he was asking such a question, and I can't say that I disagree

If you cant decide don't get the ITR. For people who really want them there is no other car on the list.

Best car for daily driving: RSX Type S
Best car for driving cross-country: Prelude
Best car for racetrack: Integra Type R

Best car if you do all three with your car, and you care more about performance than comfort: Integra Type R

RSX-S has been discontinued as well.

But still, that doesn't mean his only option is the RSX-S. Used Prelude's and ITR's still do exist...

can't you still get 06 rsx from dealer?

Yes. I believe 2006 is the last year for the RSX, though.
