Default '07 exhaust

I'm getting a 2007 civic lx in a few weeks(or whenever it gets done being built and shipped here) I've read that you can't put a new header on them cuz they are made to the motor. My question is can you still put a whole exhaust system on it or will it not work. Thanks

The exhaust "manifold" is integrated into the head.

The catalytic converter bolts up to that and the exhaust piping up to that. So anything cat and back will work when it is produced.

Notice the flange to the front of the head? That is where the cat bolts to. Just for reference.
