On an h22a4 motor with only bolt ons... what would you bore the TB to ? Is it worth it in your opinion ?

i would just get an aftermarket TB with a euro-r mani upgrade or you can just modify the stock and get rid of those secondaries. You can't really bore the stock TB to a size that'd be worth it.

Not true. You can bore it out to 64mm (up from 60). I had mine done by maxbore.com and I can feel a mild difference

was the increase worth the $150 for boring + time of removing and installing it?

I got an aftermarket TB that's 68mm for $172...installed, so it was worth it for me.
