Default To p&p or not

hey whats up guys got a question my friend has a 01 itr and currently has on the bottom end of the b18c5 he has p30 pistion and has skunk 2 stage 2 cams and was wondering if he should get a port and polish on the head? does he have enough compression for the port and polish as well? what do u guys think?

the pnp will give him better airflow. but its really up to him if he wants it or not

hes in between cause he hears good things and bad things he has the money its not an issue but he wants to make sure he doesnt loose power cause of not enough compression or anything like that and also will this effect his gas mileage too

explain to me how you will lose compression from a port and polish and i will tell you if he should or should not do it.

no im sorry i meant that is there a certain compression u should have for doing a P&P job or is it ok to just do it cause i hear u loose low end but gain top end

if he does it he should get it done by some one who knows what they are doing because like they said great power comes from the head but they can really f**k it up real easy

jus a quick question. how much hp do you gain for basic pnp to last stage of pnp
say if there was five stages
st 1
st 2
st 3
st 4
st 5
i want to kno different from all of them. thanks
