Walbro 255HP pump problems...Please Help
Here is my setup
B18C5 Block
P72 Head shaved .005
Mugen HG
S2S1 Cams
S2 Valve Springs and Retainers
Cam Gears
JDM DC 4-1
AEM FPR
Heres my question. I installed a Walbro Fuel Pump while the car was being rebuilt. Now with the car finally running it is making a weird noise in the front of the car. It sounds like something scratching and when i turn off my fuel pump switch the noise goes away. I s this normal for this pump to make this noise in the front of the car...I have heard of people complain about the noise in the trunk area but never in the front.
Also my car stumbles during acceleration, but this was not occuring when the 02 was disconnected. My feeling is that with the O2 sensor connected when the computer goes to lean out the fuel map the Walbro pump is just pumping to much fuel possibly flodding the engine causing it stumble. Right now my AEM FPR is set to 45psi.

I see your list there. Are you still running stock injectors? that may be a problem. I'm not sure if it would be the reason for your noise but the oem injectors are only gonna flow so much i would think
im running the stock injectors...i think u might be right about that causing the noise....does anybody else know? Could this also cause my stumbling?
