I know this isn't the Want to buy or Vehicle for sale section but I have been told by a the mods and a few members I'm better off posting in the ITR forum. If anyone knows of an ITR for sale please let me know. I have searched and found nothing i'm looking for or priced in my range. Anyone know off hand what I can expect to pay for a 2001 Black ITR with under 80k miles in near mint condition being stock or close to stock? I am looking to spend around 17k. Anyways here is what i'm looking for....


I am looking to buy a 2000 or 2001 Integra Type R. Idealy I would like a 2001 Black, but I will consider any year even the 97/98 or 00/01 PY. I would like something under 80k miles, in as close to perfect condition as possible. I want no paint problems, no scratches, not dents ANYWHERE even the engine bay etc. Modded ITRs are a plus as long as they are done CORRECTLY (Exhausts, JDM Front Ends, OEM Kit, Lowered, Intakes etc). Heavily modded ITRs are ok too (runnin boost, built motors etc). I am very **** with my cars. Must be clean title, clean carfax, no accidents, no repaints. Again FLAWLESS inside and out! I have CASH in hand. Would like to buy as soon as this weekend! Lets make this happen, spread the word. Willing to travel to pick up. I dont want to spend more than 17k, bradstards car has been in a side accident I have been told. Then I saw pictures. Id rather have peace of mind knowing that my ITR has not been involved in something major.

 

What can I expect to pay for a mint 00 or 01 ITR with under 80k miles? Any ideas?

 

Vas? Sprechen Sie Englisch? Have joo seen Brads car? You can find what ur looking for for 17k it might take some time though.

Yeah you're close but if you want a pristine one you should expect to pay a premium.

I think 90% of people on this board have thought about where to get an extra $20K, and how to convince their significant other they need another one of "those cars"

I don't think that's unreasonable at all actually. That's probably a good ballpark for a 00/01

I have checked out autotrader, nothing that jumps out at me, but they are out there for sure, im picky... Im gonna look for one more week for a black ITR thats within 300-500 miles of me, if i still cant find anything, then ill settle for any color, and anywhere in the US.

You gotta be patient with your search for sure... It should take months. I kinda went and bought one with many more miles that I would have liked and still travelled 800 miles away for it, still worth it though. I was in the same boat as you though, it needed to be black with no crazy mods..... I didn't even like the idea of somebody putting an exhaust on the car, I got lucky and found one that just had an intake and koni/gc's and a aftermarket CD player... I about ****.

Bradstards was involved in a left side accident.... so pics of it last night, unless he drops his price, thats pretty much out of the question Trust me ... took me two years to find an 94 Twin Turbo Supra 6 Speed with no accidents, no mods, no repaints, under 100k miles. I'll find one.
