probably not because you already have a 3rd break light right below it in the window

if the third light was important to you you should have asked before you bought it. btw i think those dont have a third brake light, otherwise it would work as a fourth brake light since you already have one in the hatch

 

It looks like a jdm sir rip-off, so I would say it does not have a stop light.

Well genius as a matter of fact I did ask but I did not find the auction till there was a little less than hour left and he still has not answered me.Hence my question to the forum.But thanks for your help.
