CRX NOT STARTING

i just put a D-16Y7 swap on my crx but it doesnt want to start and i dont know what the reason may be plz help me..
it cranks but it doesnt start, and the ECU is giving me code 10 .. a friend of mine told me that draining my gas out might work since it was sitting there for about a year and 4 months. so if anyone has any questions and suggestions to make plz do it ... ill have pictures of the swap up as soon as i could get my hands on a camera

i added a OBD0 intake manifold i also got a cable transmission stock Si engine wire harness and the the distributor is OBD0 . i dont know what could be wrong
did you change to obd0 injectors also along with the IM?
code 10 is IAT....is that plugged in on your manifold? i believe that you can plug that one into another sensor that is within reach so double check you've got the right plug in the right place

i took the distributor to get checked and they told me it was still good. but the weird thing is that when i checked for spark like 1 out of 5 times i would get a spark ...

but is code 10 whats keeping my car from starting?. or should the car be able to fire up fine with the ecu still giving me a code 10?

Do you hear your fuel pump prime when u turn the key? If not its probally your mani relay. This controls the efi system power. If its broke the ecu will still light up a code.

well if ur saying that ur distributor is a know good distributor and ur gettin 1 outta 5 sparks..ahve u checked for reistance on ur spark plug wires? Or what about timing have u checked to see that all the TDC marks line up?
