Or you can zip tie it and it'll work for a bit. Remember that **** is weighted. It will feel alot different from what you have in your ride.

Yeah it is, it will feel funny after you actually drive on it. And then take it off and put anotehr one on it. Believe me, I sold my 10th anniversary edition skunk2 **** and I put that silly stock one back on and it felt different.

I just got my skunk2 **** in the mail today and put it in, feels 100% better in my rsx. The shifts feel way smoother than before, it should have come like this from the factory. skunk2 ****:
Why didn't anyone get the optional Acura metal shiftknob? It's very similar to the Skunk2, but it's oem Acura so it comes with all of the items needed to give a great OEM fit. They make it for the S and base.
The one on my Type-S included a few items to make the boot snug and also detailed directions. Think it was only $45 shipped, as well. Much better than the oem plastic/rubber ****.

I think the skunk2 is a bit heavier than the acura optional one, plus you wont ge the aftermarket bling
