Clock and radio don't work.Del sol..WTF?
1994 Del sol Si , the clock does not work and the radio is never saves its settings. Although the radio does work but does not save settings. So i always have to put the code in my stock honda deck for it to work everytime.
I checked all the fuses, they seem good.
I really would like to know what you guys think.
Im pretty good with wiring, but this problem i can't detect for the life of me,any suggestions?

there's probably an inline fuse blown. find ur 12v constant/memory wire and run a 12v constant source from ur ignition. ur problem will be solved with both the clock and radio since they're on the same circuit.
if the fuse was blown... the clock nor radio would work. now that i think of it,it could be a bad ground. get a dmm and do a continuity test. or come to orlando and i'll help ya out.

Thats most likely what it is.

If the "radio" fuse was blown, nothing would work. The "back-up" fuse just keeps the memory

I had the same problem. I finally wired my radio to a constant & wired in a switch to turn it on & off.
My clock kept resetting to 12:00 (or is it 1:00?). For some reason it eventually fixed itself.
If you find out what it is make sure to post it up.

ok... explanation of how a radio works. u need two wires for power..12v constant and 12v accessory. ur 12v constant holds memory. it wouldn't only turn on when u turn the car on. if the backup fuse was blown then ur constant wire would not work and ur radio wouldn't work. u need 2 12v sources and a ground for the radio to turn on. like i said... run a wire from a 12v source to ur 12v constant on the harness and you'll be good to go.
Memory wire is the white with blue stripe, i believe and no, that does not work....because i had to bypass it to make my kenwood work
