how bad does negative camber effect driving in the rain?
-2.1 degrees camber F&R here, tires used to wear like crap before alignment. Same tires now over 4 months, no weird wear. And they drive perfect in the rain.

With out the the proper tread to push water out from the grip surface it is going to cause the water to stay there, it is pretty simple science.
