just installed starter,new spark plug and its not the battery. can someone help me out, my 94 civic cx wont start.

i just installed a starter (from kragen) last week new spark plugs two weeks ago, car sorta makes a air sound but wont turn. alternator is still good. checked everything with multimeter.

WHAT???

From what I can understand, It kinda sounds like a defective starter. But what the heck is an "air" sound?

 

Your motor needs 3 things to work, and they have to be all working correctly.

Spark, Air, Fuel.

 

figured it out...was a bad starter
