I welded this for my lil bro with some help from honda-tech members with their tips and it came out looking pretty good imo. Thanks guys. Any other tips will be appreciated. Finally got the rainbow out of it.

looks nice, did you use any filler, looks like it was fuse welded. what heat seeting?

 

Yes there was 1/16th filler rod use.

 

agreed on what the other guy said about putting a bit more into the flange... nice weld tho!
