Default suspension dilemma?

I'am in the middle of redoing all the suspension bushings in my project crx and am deciding what to do with the shocks/spring setup. Right now, the car has a tokico blue/neuspeed white spring setup. This was on the car when I got it a couple months ago. Now, Iam not sure if it is worn out bushings or bad shocks or a combo of both, but the car felt like *** when I would drive it. The suspension was always clunking or creaking it felt unstable to say the least. I want to at least get new shocks/struts and am wondering if I should replace the springs too. What do you guys think? I don't want to spend alot of money; but, want a suspension that will work decent on the dragstrip/turns and not kill me body.

should I just get new blues? the springs should still be fine right?

or

get the omni power full coilovers?
