where to get 13x8 wheels for slicks
i cam upon a deal for some 22-9-13 inch slicks.. i need to find a 13x8 wheel to fit my 97 civic dx coupe i know the lug pattern is 4x100 but what kind of offset and mess should i get to clear the brakes ?? and where and what are the cheapest 13x8's i can get im not in it for bling just want function ?? CHEAP and Fits right anyone?

cheapest quality rim you can get are the VPD 13x7.5
it will fit the 9" wide slick ok.

If you live near a University with a Formula SAE team, go talk to them. I got a free set... and borrowed some from them too. They will also hook you up with used slicks for free/beer/cheap.
