Default Removing door panel

Hey guys,

well. my beautiful, and immaculate PY R got a tiny little door ding. its a very very slight crease..caused by a pickup truck.

I was thinking of taking the door panel off from the inside, and slightly massaging the area to pop back into its original shape and form. Is this an easy task, or should i just go to dent wizard.. i mean its not the money, but i wouldn't mind doing something on my own and learning a thing or two.. could be fun

How long is the usual process of getting the **** off, and is it easy? or will tiny little pices of **** be flying everywhere, and my window fall out? rofl........ (never done this before)

Its been haunting my mind all day, im very obsessive compulsive, and i stared at the ******* thing for 2 hours and felt like ****. my car is serioulsy ******* AAA+ mint ..... not even a scratch

I slammed my knee 3x against the truck and made some huge *** dents, but it didnt make me feel any better.

Thanks guys

its really easy and no your window wont fall off.

Take out the screw behind the door handle near the power lock chrome switch.

Take out the screw inside the plastic door closer handle.

Remove the power lock plastic surround and disconnect.

Pop all the tabs from the bottom and then pull up.

Just wait three years like me.

I planned to get a couple dings removed that were in the car when I got it...yeah that never happened.

LOL.... it did have a "a couple" too. That thing was close to cherry when Ryan bought it and you have done an excellent job keeping it looking new.

In regards to your question, your fellow "R" owner has been in other forums running his mouth off with nothing to show for it.

I'd seriously look into his credentials if I were in this forum.

He appears to be just another troll.

He'll be unbanned when he emails me the picture of the S500 and ITR together, along with a piece of paper that says "PoorMansNSX".
