Ok today I thought I'd pull out my spark plugs to see what condition they were in and give any signs to what the health of the engine was like.

Took out plug 1,2 and 3 and they were wet with engine oil. The oil was also on the top part of the plug, i.e not the tip side.
The tips of the plugs were also black and caboned up.
Plug number 4 was fine and looked great.

What do you think guys?

I'm thinking it could be the valve cover oil seals around the plug holes seeping oil and somehow seeping through to the plugs.
Or most likely, the piston rings

It started eating oil about 7months ago, about 0.5litre - 1litre every 1000miles or so. I went to pod earlier this month and it was running great, just lots of smoke(though it's not blue, more white)

It spits water out of the exhaust but no coolant is lost, does this have anything to do with the white smoke?

Yeah just replace ur spark plug tube seals, 99% sure that's the problem, almost always is, just replaced mine a few weeks ago on my h22 swap, it's really easy too, just go get new seals at the dealer and put em on. Good luck.

can u get a picture to show me what it looks like?
