Do I Have Bad Wheel Bearings?
When I have a passenger in the rear seat, the car makes all sorts of weird noises. It's only noticeable during low speeds especially when making turns. It's some sort of whirling noise coming from the rear. I know the description sucks but that's the best I can do. Any ideas?

Wheel well splash guard is in good condition. I think it's something with the suspension.

Have you jacked up the car and checked for bearing play? It takes 2 seconds.
Jack up car and grip tire at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions and push in/out. If it moves a lot = bearings.
I would then check your balljoints and cv joints (axels) for cracks in the rubber.
