Default Drivers Seat Usual Tear

I have the same problem that most of us CRX owner's have it's the hole on the back left side of your rib cage tear.

Does anyone know what aftermarket seats are the best ones to get in a CRX??? (Name brand or pictures and prices are very much appreciated).

Which seats should I get if I want to drive my car everyday. Racing seats are fine as long as they aren't too expensive and are comfortable. (No Leather or Vinyl)

Yes, there are lots of options I can go with...I basically just wanted opinions about good quality seats that were nice and inexpensive. Thanks for your opinion, however I still have not decided which seats to go with, I am really tired of having this drivers seat always looking like crap. CRX's don't deserve to have such bad quality factory seats.

Have an upholstery shop re-do them.

I paid $650 to have all four seats done. I took the seats out and brought them to the shop.

The hard part is finding a shop that will do exactly what you want.

You should make sure that they are going to copy all the seams (shapes of each piece).

You should also go to several shops in order to select the type material you want.

It's a lot of foot work, but worth it!!

Another thing to ask an upholstery shop when looking around is if they are doing the headrests (my shop did)!!!!

If so, they need to sew in a zipper to install them in a factory fashion.

It's all in the details and you have to ask the shop and not assume they know what you want!!!

When I first bought my Honda, the drivers seat pan was trash!! I'm talking about the metal pan and it's attachement towers. The prior owner tried to fix it and made it worse!!

I managed to straighten it out and welded it back together.

When I had the seats re-done, I had a friend find me a replacement pan.

Upon close inspection, it was fractured and ready to fall apart also.

So, I welded it together before having the them covered.

It's possible that both seats had been through an accident, but I think it's just a poorly assembled unit and should be checked closely.
