Battery would not start the car...
Ok, guys, heres the setup: 1990 Honda CRX SI with a d15b2. No stereo installed yet, no lights have been left on. The battery was purchased the same day I bought the car, which was about 6/8/06. Now, I do not drive the car, it sits in my driveway... However, I start it about 3-4 times a week and let it run for about 10-15 minutes at a time just to keep it going. Tonight, when I went to start it, i heard the fuel pump engage, but it sounded weaker than normal, and I had dash lights. I attempted to start it and the lights on the dash went dim. So, I push started it, and it started right up.
Is it possible that the alternator is not charging my battery, but is giving enough juice to run the engine?

Was gonna do that, but dont really have a lot of time to do that at the moment. I wanted to see what other possibilities there could be in the meantime... Someone told me that just idleing the car does'tn necesarily charge the battery back up, but could wear it down if the alternator doesnt get to a higher rpm....?
