Default Fail emissions Test - will running the car for 15mins before test help alot???

Heres what I got:

1999 Honda Si
- ITR Swap
- I/H/E - highflow cat
- did oil change, injector cleaner

Limit - Reading
HC: 75 - 179
CO%: 0.42 - 0.56
NO ppm: 576 - 1401

Okay, I forgot to run the car for 15-20 mins, I know dumb, but will running the car get the readings alot lower? I just changed the oil and went in. I plan on using more fuel injector cleaner, cleaning air filter, changing spark plugs and running it for 15-20 mins before test.

High flow cats are junk, run the oem one if possible.

my emissions is up, I hooked mine up to a sniffer before going to the facility and my readings were wayyyyy off the chart. lol

------Limit - Reading
HC: 100 - 1059 (The highest I got)
CO%: .89 - 3.13

Are the OEM cats the same? Is the GSR cat the same as a ITR Cat etc?

That's not true at all. I passed fine with my magnaflow hi-flo cat.

If you don't heat up your catalytic converter then it isn't working yet. It has to be hot.......really hot, to function correctly.

What is the meaning of High Flow CAT if it does not pass any emission standard?

Take a 20-30 minute drive first - get everything good and hot.
