well my car is burning oil like crazy so i took the whole motor apart and checked the rings and they're fine. Could it be the valve stem seals? Oh ya and theres oil in my spark plug valley any ideas bout what the problem is?

 

As they are open I recommand to change them,

Yeah if the Rings are ok, then it must be valve,
they leak oil which come in the combustion chanber and result in smoke,
