Default Bike shop can't fix it...what to do?

Ok so i have a 01' yzf600r "thundercat" carburated.... and Its not firing on the 4th cyl. I took it to the shop and they said it sounded like a carb problem.

So a week later shop calls me and says they can't fix it. I was like why not? They said they dont know what's wrong cuz they went thru everything. Now what am I supposed to do? I can't afford keep renting trucks to transport my bike from shop to shop. This shop is trying to charge me 130 in labor hours claiming that thats what it took them to get down to the carbs and realize that it wasnt a carb prob. I think its a bunch of crap charging me 130 with the bike still remaining to be unfixed. Spark Plugs are good, its getting spark, carbs are clean, and everything should work fine. However he said that i need to take it to Yamaha dealer cuz it has something to do with electronics. Something about butterfiles not opening. Is this whole bunch of BS what should I do?
